INVESTING IN OUR PEOPLE
WE provides employees with opportunities for growth through engaging training, mutually beneficial mentorships and leadership development programs that foster self-awareness and build confidence.
Mentorship
Professional mentorship is an important aspect of supporting employees’ career aspirations and growth. WE’s mentorship programs for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ employees provide access to a supportive network of executive mentors who offer knowledge, encouragement, and professional development support.
Leadership Development
Career Compass is an immersive, 12-week group coaching program for our Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) Account Managers and Account Directors. It is designed to cultivate our next generation of leaders by developing the skills they need to navigate and grow their careers.
Training
Providing robust opportunities for learning and development is a cornerstone of WE’s culture. Our employees can tap into a variety of innovative training courses designed to help our people be more inclusive leaders and teammates. These range from an interactive DEI training featuring a framework for having “rich” and effective conversations through the lens of Race, Identity, Culture and Heritage, and our small, multi-week Conversations Circles where employees can practice these skills. There are also regular speaker series and panel discussions where external experts discuss relevant topics — from social justice and fostering intergenerational communications to celebrating cultural moments.
