Danielle Ferek

Senior Director, Business Development and General Manager, San Francisco

As general manager, Danielle Ferek is responsible for overseeing the development of talent, culture, new business and operations of WE’s San Francisco office. She is also senior director of business development, where she leads growth initiatives for WE’s consumer and technology sectors in North America.

With a background spanning over 15 years, Danielle has honed her business development and marketing skills across diverse industries, including technology, higher education and healthcare. Before WE, she led business development and marketing teams at Next15 and Hearst companies. She also spent 10 years in marketing, where she helped companies create multichannel strategies to meet the new demands of the digital world.

When she’s not expanding WE’s client portfolio, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. She is a sports fanatic who loves playing tennis, practicing yoga and swimming. You can count on her rooting for the Bay Area teams or her beloved UNC Tar Heels during any playoff season. Danielle also loves to cook and is always open to trying new cuisines during her annual travels abroad.
