Executive Vice President, Head of NA DXT and I&A

As WE’s executive vice president and head of NA DXT and I&A, Erica Fields leads a team of data analysts, creatives, and technologists to connect integrated services and data-driven insights with WE’s traditional PR and communications capabilities. 

Fields has been in the industry for 25 years. She started in product marketing at Intel before expanding into brand development, advertising, marketing communications and PR for consumer and business technologies. At WE, she has led communications teams for Microsoft across commercial, enterprise and consumer tech, including launching Microsoft’s cloud computing platform and Windows 10. Her work with Microsoft has not only driven business results, but accelerated goals and shifted how the business views communications and its ability to move consumers to action. She is a designer, a creator and a matchmaker of sorts, bringing together team members with unique skills and passions to tell stories that connect the head and the heart.   

When Erica isn’t creating new ways to synthesize data and creativity for her clients, she spends it with her three children. A foodie, a wannabe chef and a keen lover of the outdoors, she enjoys hiking, running and the occasional bike ride.
