Erika Gonzalez has over 15 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate storytelling, product launches, M&A, public affairs and C-level executive communications. As a senior vice president of technology at WE, Erika drives impactful communications campaigns for a diverse range of brands, which includes Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise spans various industries such as technology, consumer goods and automotive.

Throughout her career, Erika has crafted compelling narratives that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders. She has successfully led high-profile campaigns for clients such as Microsoft, T-Mobile, 3M and General Motors. Erika’'s passion for storytelling is evident in her work, as she continuously seeks innovative ways to elevate brands and drive business results.

Erika holds a degree in public relations from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated cum laude. She is an active member of the communications community and serves on the board of the Hispanic Public Relations Association (HPRA) and as the professional advisor for the Texas Hispanic Public Relations Student Association (HPRSA) chapter. Outside work, Erika enjoys exploring new cultures, traveling, spending time with family and friends — including her adorable Bordoodle — and trying the latest margarita, taco and BBQ spots around Austin.
