In her role as senior vice president, Kristen Berry helps lead and grow WE’s Health Sector, serving as a strategic force on client accounts and collaborating across sectors to bring nontraditional thinking to her work.  

Throughout her career, Kristen has helped clients build, reposition and manage their brands, launch new products and influence decision makers. She has focused her work on the healthcare industry for the majority of her career with her passion stemming from personal experiences, having lost family members to diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer’s. She is committed to communicating life-saving treatments and technologies that directly impact patients, while also helping health systems and payers stay profitable and competitive in their markets. At WE, Kristen has a successful track record of building thought leadership programs for clients and leveraging strong influencer relationships throughout the media and industry analyst communities. While she is a big creative thinker, she’s also not afraid to roll up her sleeves to ensure exceptional execution. She is committed to delivering excellence across all client engagements by assembling the right teams and engaging the right audiences—and driving them to action. 

Kristen is a huge Boston sports fan (Go Pats!) and spends her spare time going on adventures with her German Shepard, spending as much time as possible near the ocean and skiing the East.
