Our Vision
WE Communications is committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone belongs, can thrive and grow their careers, and can contribute to driving positive action. We strive to increase diverse representation across the agency, embrace different ways of thinking and doing, and continue strengthening the policies and programs that advance our DEI efforts.
Our Leadership
“As a Latina in the communications industry, this work is not just my role, it’s also personal. I’m passionate about creating a culture where people with diverse perspectives and lived experiences can find their place at WE.”
- Elizabeth Herrera Smith, EVP and Head of DEI
WE BELONG
The three key pillars that guide our DEI efforts globally are: our people, our business and our community.
When people feel like they belong, it leads to stronger engagement, purpose and meaning.
Learn more about how we do this through mentorship, leadership development, Employee Resource Groups and more.
As a purpose-driven agency, we strive to advance equity for our people.

WE IN ACTION
Our DEI efforts take shape in a number of ways inside and outside WE. These range from providing platforms for our employees to share their perspective to creating meaningful collaborations with our partners through panels, workshops and educational scholarships.
In addition, every employee has access to 24 hours to support community causes important to them. Learn more here.
